What do we exactly mean by "thinking like a lawyer"? Can this thinking be achieved without going to law school and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in tuition fees? The answer is yes. Anyone can "think like a lawyer" by following certain concrete steps as discussed in this lecture.

he is by far the most educated ive been listening to on the greater systems of law in general, so far. law school education seems to train people to be stupid slaves only. its up to your OWN FREE WILL and common decency towards your real neighbours that leads to an understanding of all legal systems as he has developed. i cannot wait for this scumbag satanist "democracy" shit to burn into the ground as it already has begun to. scumbag slaves battling over whos the bigger scumbag or not and nothing more. the bible is a book of law that all our legal systems are based on, even this satanist scum system. where we said "lets change this and this and this................." etc.. listening to him was truly a breath of fresh air after having my brain and heart torn to pieces listening to the rest of the scum calling themselves a democracy.

In the US there are three co-equal branches of gov't. The laws are made by the ELECTED legislature, and are enforced by the Executive branch. The Judicial branch determines whether the laws made are Constitutional, or interpret them according to conflicts over interpretations.

Could you do a video on the mechanism by which the duty to follow laws created by other people is created? I don't believe it's "we have the guns" kind of thing. What is the exact legal mechanism used? Thank you. Your videos have been very helpful in civil court, and I had this "quasi-criminal question".

You touched on it slightly as the power of violence, but I cannot believe that is what they are using. Is it not the pledge of allegiance as a citizen? They use the fact that thy GAVE you a RIGHT to be a citizen, so you must be exercising that right. Therefore, you have pledged allegiance and to follow all laws.

Anybody know a case where the guy leaves the mom and child although not married when mom became 8 weeks pregnant. Never paying a penny to help with his child and then sues her after 161/2 years for custody of child. He never sent birthday presents nor Christmas presents and he lived 5 minutes down the road. He doesn't even want to pay child support now he sued her. The law says, He won't have to pay all the back child support. Thats wicked. Help anybody please. In the USA.

Based on perspectives ,that cant be! Thats why Innocent men and women are dying! Because people though what someone looked like or what was wearing or what they were doing looked suspicious to them! Because the cop was afraid for his safety because his perspective was the bigger man , who is displaying a normal reaction of confusion and the need to protect themselves because their life is really in danger having a gun pointed at them and three , five cops are attacking him at the same time, the cop thinks he has a weapon when the suspect never had a gun and it was never proven he did anything wrong and there was no legal right for the cops to even approach the victim much less attack and kill him. Is that how it is now? Thats very scary.

Thinking like a lawyer is not a good thing. The fact that you come to a different conclusion means you are novel. You have jury appeal. Lawyers are too focused on the law and not how jury's will apply the law to specific facts. In fact lawyers have a tendency to down play facts and over play law. That's why you should not think like a lawyer. And remember all day long, new laws are being created. Statutory law is the smallest block of law. Case law, what jury's say is the biggest. That's why you have an advantage over law thinking.

Yes, law is a perspective. But repeating that argument for an hour doesn’t get anyone anywhere. Written laws versus spoken was a step taken to eliminate subjectivity. Rule of law versus rule of man was another step to eliminate subjectivity. “Law cannot violate inalienable rights” has been the ultimate step to eliminate subjectivity. It is a talk by an ignoble presenter.
