Thank you for the instruction. My mother got this model recently and we were both breaking our heads on how to do this. She hadn't touched a sewing machine in ages, and me, being a man and uninterested in these matters, had never touched one of these until today. I found the manual to be sorely lacking on points you touched during your explanation. I might try to learn to use the machine as well, I sometimes rip my own clothes during work and patching them would be a useful thing to do. Thanks again!

Hi Lydia, thanks so much for taking the time to help me thread my machine...however my eyesight is not that great, even with glasses, and I can't see the white thread on the white machine...I know its a lot to ask, but could you do the same thing with dark thread?😄

Great video, not overly talkative-no life story or soliciting. Clearly shows every step needed to properly wind and insert the lower bobbin, thread the machine, use the automatic needle threader and adjust foot height and needle height. It is great for struggling beginners.

Thank you a lot! I got my sewing machine for Christmas, and tried to use it but got super frustrated and ended up putting the sewing machine in a corner and not touching till now, I can confidently say that I am no longer frustrated with the machine and can finally start my projects!

How do you switch to the blue stitches? I can’t find S1 or S2 on the stitch length dial. My dial stops at 4

Directions are not clear. When you refer to pressure you don’t show what your referring too?? I am brand new singer machine owner never sewed before so finding what your referring too is a confusing.

Sorry, but you didn't tel about the 3 wheels which are on upper body of the machine. That is the most important part of the sewing as the stitch, its length and tension all are depending on these three wheels. Can you answer urgently? Please. I'm fade up changing the no.s on that wheels as not getting smooth stitching after so many permutations and combination. Thanks in advance.

why on earth would u choose to use white thread on top of a white machine

You can have spoken and explain what and why you're doing someting. I found the music distracting.

Incomplete information.... You should tell the viewers about upper front 3 wheels and their function with the big wheel of stitches. And no need of background music while giving demo. Given information is important which is helpful for viewers.

Why can’t you pause at each step while we do it instead of making us pause, lose our place and then rewind and replay each step. So annoying

Why not talk about what you’re doing instead of playing annoying music when you can’t see the thread
