In this video, we discuss how you should be rotating to optimize your throw. This will give you a compression in your throw, allowing you to throw further with minimum effort. You will also learn how this can help you hit straighter lines and what it feels like when we hit our power pocket. We can also focus on other parts of our throw but I believe this is one of the most crucial moves in our disc golf throw. I have been playing for over 12 years and have wondered why I can throw further on some days while on other days, I feel like I am trying my hardest to hit lines and stay consistent. We discuss what it should feel like and what you should avoid. Disc golf is a growing sport and I think with all the information out there, hearing another person's perspective on form is vital to our growth.
