I’m 4 years along at the moment. The furthest I ever got was 6 years...then my fiancé got into an absurd car accident and there was a lot of skull fractures (among many other injuries) which required surgery of course and surgery requires the shaving of all hair in the area, in this case, everything off the head...so I decided to cut all my hair off too, so my fiancé wouldn’t be alone in that. I donated it all though. 27 inches. Apparently my hair grows super fast. You can see how long my hair is on my most recent upload. And what’s funny is if you scroll back to when I started posting again 4 years ago, and scroll up quickly, but not too fast, you can watch my hair grow lol.

I use a vent brush close to yours. Very close in look and shape except I like that you have a rubber handle. I ordered 2. Looking forward to them.

Surely helpful like always.. I use 2 ponytail holders when I wear a bun upon jogging.. Because a loose one will fall down quickly or bounces causing pain 🤣.. Because of the length / weight..

pretty helpful. My bun is so heavy that it feels it pulls my head back. So I do 3 buns (5 more minutes to fix). One at crown the other 2 as regular buns. Any other style recommendation?

Everytime I tie my hair up you can see my scalp in the right back corner and when I follow that part down to my forehead it becomes a sidepart while being tied up and it doesn't looks good and Idk what to do sometimes when I tie it up at that spot in the back my hair is always like this ")" its sticking out when I pull that hair you can see my scalp

What about if you have long hair? A short hair like this goes perfectly on the knot and doesn't leave half your hair hanging on both sides of the knot, but on a long hair it's way different.

What does one do to limit the loop. How you showed is how I've always done it. Though now it's getting so long the loop is way to big and is starting to look like a ponytail. How can I use up some of that length to get a smaller loop?

okay i have a fade on the sides but longer hair on the top and my main issue is that extra like 3-4 inches of hair that hangs out the back of my bun and i can’t for the life of me find anything to do with it

BRO i got a sick one for this. Ok so u know like how u get the bun alr u take out like 3 strips (not 3 strands). wet them, hold them to the of your face while wet , fold halfway the bottom half going up and then ask someone to blow dry it for you or dry it with a fan. Works everytime

What helpful? Using this elastic band almost everyday will make you want to cut hairs trust me it makes your hair tighter and kinda pulled when you bend or jerk your head a bit I have been growing my hairs for 6-7 years now and a good hairband is must have for guys try out cotton band or silk band they are comfortable.

I hate my hair so much the day I wash it I won't even leave the house lol. It's so flat and won't stay up. Next Day hair explained it to me. It's like the natural greases give it body and a kind of holds together. The day of a wash my hair just falls and won't stay up. Honestly I go weeks without washing with shampoo and just use water to keep that grease.

If you want volume on the first day of wash, comb your hair when you get out of the shower, then separate 2 section of your hair, top and bottom, blow-dry it seperately, when blow-drying the top part of your hair, you need to blend over so your face is facing your leg, your head and hair is pointing to the ground, blow-dry with your fingers when it's half dry put some medium hold hairspray all over your hair and on medium cool heat continue to using your finger to blow-dry, this time use your finger to do a zigzag motion from back to front of hair going side zigzag drying your hair until completely dry ... At this point you might think you look like an Eistein lol but wait ... Don't panic ... Take your bottom section of hair and dry it normally ... Your top Eistein hair with so much volume you could simply comb it lightly ... Don't pull on it, but if you want to tame it down more then use a little but of gel and finger comb your hair instead. Hope this helps.

I haven't shampooed consistently in like 8 years. Never looked back. Only time I do is if I randomly have dandruff spurts, which is rare. Take care of your health and your hair will probably be great without shampoo. Rinse thoroughly with water and brush if it's longer.

Honestly looping it through is just "ok" and for some people, their hair isn't long enough or dense enough to do otherwise. But if you can actually tie it and kinda make a messy bun out of it, it's a much better look in my opinion. Looping it isn't a real bun, just my opinion. And doing the actual bun/ball shape kind of deal is harder than it looks and obviously it depends on your hair as well, I've seen a lot of other YT tutorials on the matter and not every way works; sometimes its easier for some than others.
