40 Entrepreneur Drive I love headwraps. I think they are absolutely beautiful. However, being white I think I look very odd wearing one. And honestly I’m very afraid of negative backlash. But deep down in my heart and soul I would love to wear them.

Layna Hurley I mean if you’re wearing an african print then you probably will get looks but if it’s plain or a different kind of print you probably won’t get backlash (only from the people who have issues with headscarfs)

@@laynahurley4101 I’ve seen this comment from so many yt women and no one has ever told them not to wear a head wrap. Because it doesn’t belong to one race. You can wear bright colors and fun patterns. If you are worried just make sure the pattern is not an African looking pattern. Look it up on Pinterest and start with a modest wrap at first. I started wrapping my hair and it’s hard to stop because I save so much time combing my hair.

The way I’ve been wearing my turban had always been a bit big on the bun which I never liked but I never knew how to wrap on the top of the head. You completely solved all my problems with my turban. Thank you soooooooo much!

shayla champion hi! No it’s not offensive. Me and you have the same culture (African American). Islam is a religion and hijab is not something that only Muslim women wear. Lots of Muslims, Christians, Jews all over the world wear their scarves draped. Go for it!
