Oh wow I just noticed this is 3yrs old... I hope you get this because I Love the design and the color choices and placement! I don't like many colors all over the shirt in different patterns. I like this simple but bold design. I'm going to try it this weekend and it's gonna suck having to be patient but it'll be worth it if I can get a similar result to yours. I've never done tye dye before but I bleached the hell outta stuff in the 80s lol so this should be fun Thank you so much for sharing your creativity and inspiring me to try to make something beautiful 💙😊

RIght! The black such crIsp lInes. Would thIs work If use a whIte shIrt then dye It a solId color say auqua marIne... then use that as the base shIrt to do the bleachIng, then the color burst.

@eyespotee v have you tried using peroxide to deactivate the bleach? You would use it in the soak water when you want the bleach to stop. 50/50 peroxide & water. Then rinse it out and start the coloring.

Otherwise without turning off the bleach with HP could slowly burn holes in shirt even after totally finished .

Yes, the end result is beautiful, but I can't see how he's folding. Black on black doesn't get it. :( Please re-do this video with a white background! :) Also, an explanation instead of the music would be helpful. I have never seen this technique, and it is stunning. But I don't think I can duplicate your lovely work without those two things.

Beautiful! After you bleach it do you left it dry after you rinse it. Are you dying the shirt after the rinsed shirt is dried or is it damp when you are dying it? How long do you let the dye on and do you rinse before you open it? Thank you!!! Amazing!

wet with water, just damp before bleaching (50/50 water and bleach), 30 mins with bleach, rinsed with water thoroughly, then let the water dip, soaked folded shirt in soda ash solution for 30 mins, then dip the shirt until it becomes barely damp, then dye. thanks.
