The following video is dedicated to a veteran, a dear friend, and a great man. For all those who doubt good people lived in this world. One good person did, and he passed away today. Hank Carideo will be remembered!

YOW! Very cool looking knot, but even if I tied it every day for a year I still wouldn't remember how to do it. My hat's off to you Sir! Thanks

often i have to retie and retie again and again. but once i get it the same as in the video im satisfied and count it worth the effort. experimenting is fun. i like handling rope to make something attractive. satisfying

I’m the same way. I’ve spent a couple of days and 30-40 failed attempts before getting some right. But I still LOVE it!!! It’s like working a puzzle .

@car12meek2 I'm having a hard time on the tightening up process too. I go to adjust one thread and I loose the entire shape!

Any tips for making this into a bracelet...?

I've tried to tie this knot 5 times with no luck!! The trouble comes (mainly) with the tightening it up at the end (I think). Ah well, I like a challenge.

Yeah, I can kinda see the pattern in mine... But I have no clue why it tuned out wrong, I feel I lost a step somewhere along the way...

I might pass on that knot. Your mind must work in an abstract manner to understand that knot.
