Totally brilliant. I've just had a new washing machine delivered, and the delivery people snapped the plastic clips on the fascia/ kickplate. The engineer ordered me another one, and I couldn't remove it like in the video that came with the instructions, and I didn't want to break it again. But with a dinner knife, it's easy!! This should be the official video.

Thanks for the walkthrough dude that's really help me out and what I would do to get the coin out is get a magnet that should work most modern coins are magnetic maybe apart from the early twos and ones from when decimalisation kicked in.

what I would do is pull the washing machine forward and then tilt it back and then massage the sump and push it up and then the coin will come out of the sump hose.

this is so hard to do

I'm struggling with mine which is an Indesit BDE86436XSUKN, the bottom panel looks fairly similar I had to use a *lot* of force to get thing off, even the middle part with a screwdriver. As a result there are now small cracks in places. Now I can't get the damn thing back on! It does *not* push easily back in, I have to give it a massive whack to get one side in, which causes the opposite side to come back out. can't get the middle bit back in at all so guess I'll have to leave the panel off. The instructions are totally useless as all they have on the matter is one useless diagram (no text).
