Hi! Could you please explain what happens if mixing the Ice tonner with the 12%developer? The blonde me brand xx thanks ❤

Hi there, we DO NOT recommend mixing 12% 40 volume with any of our toners. The oxygen will over develop the delicate pigments and break down the hair. Please only mix with 2% 7 volume developer.
