I'm definitely going to try these. The front of my hair is longer and has a somewhat looser texture than the back of my hair so the fro is awkward. These styles would take advantage of the lil bit of length I have in the front while the back stays stretched. Thanks for the ideas!

Dang. You over here making me want to chop off all my transitioning ends right here, right NOW. Howwwwever!... My head is ginormous and I would never be able to pull it off. Plus, most naturals on KZfaq wear make-up which I think makes the styles look a lot more "grown" than when ppl like me who don't wear make up do certain styles - lookin like I just started elementary school or somethin lol so can I request a video of how some hairstyles look without makeup? Probably sounds like a crazy request but hey.. figured I'd just ask anyway 😅

+LilMizzLae yes I can do one but keep in mind what makes these styles pop is confidence. After I'm done with these videos I take my makeup off and I go out into the world! Some of my videos I'm not even wearing make up but my confidence is through the roof so you can't tell.

I'm in high school and start my natural hair journey (again) in my freshman year. I needed some ideas on what to do with my hair being that I'm now a Jr. and prom isn't too far. I'm pretty much making my way to the big leagues as far as length goes, but these actually seem like great things to do to my hair. I've pretty much winged it with most of my styles these past few years & they came out pretty well. Glad that I turned on Autoplay when I started watching natural hair videos bc I'd never even think to look up trendy hairstyles.

I love the two braids down in the front. I actually braid the entire front because I prefer it to hang by my ears and not my eyes. This video was a breath of fresh air. I have been wearing plats plats and more plats cause Im burnt out with bantu knot outs and twist outs. Im def done with puffs. I have mastered these styles and they come out nice, just got sick of them. I am sick of plats too now. thank you
