Here is an example of how to top the pressure up, on a Worcester bosch boiler with a keyless filling link. Here at Arlow plumbing and Heating, we fit these as standard to make the customer's life as easy as possible.

I not long had a Worcester Bosch Green 4000 installed. Got the low pressure notification just now and had no clue what to do until I found your simple video! Found the blue lever on the boiler and hey presto! Pressure restored! Thank you! 😊👍

Thank you so much! My housing association replaced my boiler with a Greenstar 4000 but fitted it and drove away with no user run through and the user instructions aren't clear either! My system's now fully pressured for the first time in weeks and I feel further on. Happy New Year x

How do you find pressure details/screen? No warning on ours but top floor radiators aren't coming on, unless we turn off all downstairs ones...think pressure might need increasing just no idea how menus work

Hi. I did this and after reaching 1.2 i got a air purge mode on the display. After a few mins the control panel has turned off. The boiler seems to be firing but the control panel isn’t responding

We don't have a blue lever at the bottom. Our pressure valve in airing cupboard, separate from boiler.

Hi I don't have blue lever, I have a key and a little cube that needs to be turned anticlockwise but mine releases alot if water, wonder if this is normal. I have tried, got a few buckets of water and still cannot get the pressure up to 1.0-1.3 Can anyone please advise? Thank you

I have a red lever on mine, but i pull it and i can hear it filling up and then stops and the gauge didnt go up. How do i force the water into the boiler for it to increase the pressue gauge now?

I think if you do not have a blue lever it will be in the boiler cupboard

For those wanting to know if your pressure drops I have this boiler or maybe the model above this one I can't remember. This boiler doesn't have a filling key or the blue leaver. ( Not sure if you can get one for it) anyway... You have to push the 2 top and bottom buttons on the left hand side.( One looks like a radiator/heat and the other looks like the water tap) hold them in for a few secs, until the display comes up. Go into settings and find where it says fill water. Once you have pushed this, the boiler will then automatically fill to the correct bar pressure and you're all done..these new boilers should fill automatically when the pressure drops but I've been told it will do this 3-4 times then you have to do it manually and it will repeat the cycle again. Obviously if all fails then contact your gas engineer. Thank me later 😊

i couldnt find anything that said "fill water" specifically and im not sure what function is the one that does that. do you know exactly where in settings it is?

@@IrZ_Kuma depends which boiler you have. Do you have a blue leaver or filling key. If not then follow the instructions I posted. By pressing the 2 buttons and you go into the menus and find fill water, well thats what it says on mine

I dont have a blue Lever, and i dont have the key either, tried going to the maintenance settings what u posted while pressing the 2 side buttons but I don’t have an option to fill water , contacted my housing they said they can only send an engineer out in 2 weeks time ffs

They made it harder for the elderly do they want them to call out gas safe just to top up a boiler inside the front panel they have a manual gauge for the gas safe installers

This video is for the keyless filling point so it’s very likely you have the key fill version. Failing that, we have another blog how to top up your heating pressure, this may also help if it isn’t a combi boiler you have. We hope this helps 🙂

@@Cookiemonsta41 you may have a key version which is a white key you manually insert, we fit the keyless version which makes it easier for the end user
