My back, rotary, and star keys work but the touchpad itself does not. Anyone know what could be wrong it’s a 2015 C300 is there a way to reset it? I’ve done the cd eject button reset and it didn’t work

which model is this 2014 or 2015? i thought the touch pad was actually a phone? i seen a model where instead of this being a touch pad it is a phone with actual numbers you can push.

Ok for which car model I have CLA 250 2023 and I don’t have this feature

if you have the facelift: no touchpad, just use the steering wheel or if you do not have the facelift, just use the touchpad.

'This is the single dumbest infotainment UI I've ever seen in a car. A touchpad is just plain stupid in a car, and testing these out at the car show, the input lag is just unacceptable. Not only are you looking for a small cursor on a screen that isn't terribly close to you, but it lags too? No. Fail.
