Thank you. Old guy here with 16" long hair. I generally must utilize the backrest of an easy chair to hold the towel from unraveling. Your tip to start the towel from behind the head is revelational to me as I always began the wrap from the front.

That's hand towel size, 16" x 29". I ONLY use 27" x 54", or larger. It's sooo much less complicated.

My hair is 52 inches last time I checked. (Covid caused fallout so it isn't as thick.) I use a bit of a larger towel and totally want to try this way of tucking.

Yeah, do long and really thick hair. My hair is very long and thick, it's difficult to put hair in towel without my back getting all wet. I'm going to try this though. Thanks🙏

Flip your hair over (so bend down and let it hang) out the middle edge of the towel along your hairline on the neck, start twisting the the end, and throw it back over to the back. It won't work for very very long hair, but if you get a big towel, my hair is to my mud back and it fits. I prob will try this though! Seems better than what I've been doing so who knows if you'll even need to use this! (If you haven't been already)

My hair don't fit. It's 36" and super duper thick. I've yet to find anyone who can get it ALL in one of the salon towels let alone secured on my head without them holding it walking to the chair

try flipping your hair over your head and bending over drape the towel over the back of your head (BTW use a full bath towel not hand towel) then twist the sides of the towels and flip it to the top of your head. hope this helps!

I've never seen a technique like this before but I might try it out ngl I'm 5'9 with hair that goes to my butt (it's very long, I sit on it alot 💔), and even full sized bath towels (I don't know the measurement oops) aren't big enough to fit my hair using my method (I usually just use the twist method, it's the only one I was taught soooo) Even more, I rarely actually use towel drying at all, and blow drying messes with my hair texture, so I always just let my hair dry on it's own It could be nice to see it this works though

I'm 5.7 nd mine also goes a bit longer than my knees. Lmaooo almost all my towels are useless I had to get a huge ass one just for my hair which is a bit less heavy so it won't hurt my hair or my head.🥹

I do this to my faughter with butt length hair with a bath towel. Flip hair forward. Drape towel and twist. Tuck end up under by the neck. If you can't just use a heavier clip. Don't spend money on things you don't need to.
