Staging a rental is sooo important. When the guest walks in, it has to look EXACTLY like the pictures. I can have a great cleaner who is a terrible stager. Most of my training of new cleaners involves staging.

I clean Airbnbs. It's essential that you understand ambience. Hotel cleaning prepped me to be good at presentation.

Having a checklist is very helpful, but sometimes the host already has one... On Turno they almost always do!

I'm a new host and currently cleaning my unit. It's 4br, 3 bath, with around 7 different stays per month so far. I'm searching for house cleaners, but laundry seems to be a different thing all together.

Hey! Just a question, do you agree that other cleaning businesses should take background check seriously for potential cleaners joining their team? Cleaning business owners need to realize its deeper importance as their line of work relies on trust and honesty so much. It is not easy to convince someone to let other people be in their property where their belongings, whether personal or business, are there. One wrong move from cleaners can cost business owners a lot, especially if they lose the clients.
