I use a bench from my kitchen table and set it up sideways as a rebounder. I also use a body pillow we have to take low shots at. I dribble around pillows before the shot aswell.

I recommend you use a foam ball for this. A foam ball doesn't make as much noise as a regular ball and is less likely to break things.

I play football in my house ( I can't play anywhere outside, don't have backyard or just anywhere near to play) so I only play inside my house. I've seen alot of wall drills online, but my parents say not to kick against walls otherwise it'll destroy it. Will passing it against wall destroy it? Any other tips too..
