Insightful video, but I'll take the liberty to share my awful experience with Excise Rawalpindi. Earlier last year, we purchased a Prado which was cleared under Amnesty Scheme, upon paying all the dues online, the inspection was due, but the inspector refused to inspect the vehicle and disclosed that they are confiscating all the particulars of the vehicles that were cleared in Amnesty Scheme and demanded to bring re-verification of the documents and get the vehicle lab's done. The online records show that the vehicle has been transferred to our name, but it can no longer be transferred as the e-pay's app states that the case is pending against the vehicle.
