You can trick the camera by inserting a blank cartridge with the dark slide reinstalled. It will give you an error when trying to print, but just turn off and on the camera, and the photo will appear in the printed ones, that way you can transfer it to your phone.

@@kristinemagboo I don’t see why. But Fuji should allow to send every picture to your cell phone. I hope they change that soon.

@@kristinemagbooofc not, in the natural use case you need to print the photo to transfer anyway. The difference is now u dont have the printed version.

hello.. I'm really excited to share this with you.. though this video is really helpful. but you can now transfer your photos from internal storage too.. just insert the sd card.. click some photos and there is an option to copy..when we select "copy" they will ask from you do you want to copy sd images into internal storage or internal storage to sd card.. and from this i can get all my photos which is stored in internal storage whithout printing it. isn't it awesome..i really loved this.

Thank you so much for sharing this video with us! I just bought this camera and I was curious to see if I can save the photos without the border. And I thought I was doomed because I love how the photos look but was worried all of my digital photos would come out with the polaroid border. Now I can save with via SD card 😊 thank you again for the help tutorial.

The only way to transfer any pictures across is the ones you've printed. You can't send just digital ones that haven't been printed.

Have u ever tried to to transfer photos through a sd card reader which can connect to iPhone? If I have never print the photo, will I get the white frame if I transfer the e photo through sd card?

Oh wow thought transferring would make the image outcome blurry or not as clear but it’s fine. Sadly I don’t have a mac to be airdropping. If I used Window and try to transfer thru other media plateform to my phone after putting transferring from sd I feel it will degrade the photo. Looking to get this cam and Researching a ton rn xD

Hi, thank you for created this video! I just wanna make sure, so as long as you put your SD card on to your camera, you can transfer the soft file of the photo to your laptop (without you print it first), is it correct? I do consider to buy this camera, but if i have always need to print the photo first before i can transfer it to my pc, it would be such a waste :( hope u don't mind to answer my question, thank you!!

Hi Camilo, definitely yes if you will not use other devices such as card reader. But I recommend to always insert your memory card in your mini evo so you can transfer all photos via card reader to your laptop then to your phone. This will also save films if you much needed the soft copy of pictures rather than printed one.

Is it possible to connect the camera directly to the computer through USB cable (the one you use to charge the camera)? If yes, will you be able to copy files from the camera internal memory (without SD card)?

Once you insert the SD card, will the photos be automatically saved in the SD card? Or do you have to choose between internal storage and SD card in the settings?

Priority of the camera is the SD card based on my observation. Once you insert the SD card, pictures before inserting the card will not automatically transfer to the SD card. What you have captured the time you have inserted the card will only be saved to the card.

Hello, I think all available SD Card on camera stores are all ok, the one that I am using was the brand: SanDisk. I think they are also well known brand of SD Card.

Hello, you have 2 options to transfer photos from mini evo to your phone. First is via card reader and the other one is via printed image transfer. The steps on how to do so was included this video.

You may also try to do a half press first until you see the focus on the screen (green square), then press the shutter button.

Hello, yes you can use the camera without film on it but I suggest to use a memory card so you can get the pictures out from your camera.

Hi Yuridia, upon checking fujifilm.com, you can save up to 45 images without SD card.

Hello, yes I agree with you it’s not easy to pair with any device. I have noticed that mini evo requires to pair one device at a time. Example, previously I have paired the Mini Evo with my iphone and then I want now to pair this with my iPad. So I need to disconnect it first from my iPhone. In my iphone, I go to the bluetooth settings then disconnect the mini evo. Then in mini evo, go to bluetooth settings then disconnect the iphone. From there, I can now connect the mini evo with my ipad.
