maybe try to use its original cable or find it on your notification bar, there should be saying "tap for more options" once u connected ur phone to ur pc

Just right click on the photos folder and click on copy then create a new file folder in laptop or computer then right click on this empty folder and click paste and it's done

check the option he selected above "use USB for", it should show in the top status bar (pull down from top) and make sure it's set to file transfer and not "charge only" if above doesn't work: try a different android phone/device on the same cable try a different usb cable try a different usb port If above doesn't work: try a different PC, if available

Yes, go to your gallery > select the photos or videos > tap one 3 dots or more or options > tap on move to folder > now create a new folder or select an existing folder. Then you can just connect your phone and look for that folder.

My MOTO G PURE does not give any option or access to android options when plugged into laptop, only says "charging" and swiping down has nothing.

Go to Start > search Device Manager > Find your phone > Right click > Uninstall Device > from top Click on Action > Scan Hardware changes. Now see if the problem is gone.

Yes, you select the videos, tap on More, tap on Move to folder, then create a folder or select an existing folder.
