can you use this method to copy a legitimate save file from a memory card to an emulator on a computer?

The files have no extension and some memorycard manager for windows cant read it.

Are we able to load game saves from usb? Cuz I’m selecting generic_0 and I have copied my files from the mc to usb but game says there is no file

Can you make a video of explain how to use the memorycard when loading games from MX4SIO or hdd , playing games in fantastic, but still cant figure it out how to save when using both hdd and MX4SIO.

Hello, I would like to transfer ps1 & ps2 save files to a ps3 recently purchased as a 3 in 1 console (with ps2 gpu & cpu). While I’m waiting for it to arrive, I’m trying to get the ps3 slim to read these files I just transferred from ps2 using FMCB/ulaunch. The copied files names do not add .psv as I notice when copying files I already have on the ps3 to usb stick, show as .psv. Can anyone help me understand what’s going on? I was hoping to avoid purchasing the ps2 memory card adapter for ps3 as people are trying to charge $80 plus for this $20 device.

Do you require to move the "system file" (in your case "BADATA-SYSTEM") into the USB in order to get the save files working properly if your FMCB memory card is corrupted? Or only the save files (the files with 5 numbers called "SCUS", "SLES" or whatever)? Thanks
