That soup looks absolutely amazing. I'd personally just omit the pasta since it's the only refined/processed ingredient in there and keep everything else. Between that amazing spread of vegetables and that fresh looking pistou, there's so much flavor to go around.

I've really wanted to start making breads, but it seems I just cant wrap my head around the complicated time requirements! It's almost as if I have to map out a schedule backtracking from the night I want the bread to be ready! So I have to start this at 6pm on Monday if I want it for dinner on Wednesday? And I'll have to leave work at noon to allow for the rest times? BIG RESPECT to bakeries and home bakers - one day I'll try, or if I'm lucky, a real bakery will open w/in a reasonable driving distance.

I bought my mom a Simple Human soap dispenser, and she loved it, BUT, it only lasted about six months. BB&B replaced it for free, but the second one only lasted about six months... and the third. She finally gave up and went back to a pump dispenser.

Per print instructions on ATK site 'Holding edge of dough with your fingertips, fold dough over itself by gently lifting and folding edge of dough toward center. Turn bowl 45 degrees; fold again. Turn bowl and fold dough 6 more times (total of 8 folds). Cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes. Repeat folding and rising every 30 minutes, 3 more times. After fourth set of folds, cover bowl tightly with plastic and refrigerate for at least 16 hours or up to 48 hours.'
