I was suffering earlier from acne, now it has reduced a lot.One main reason for acne is constipation.Make sure you are drinking enough water and going to clear your bowels regularly.Also drinking lemon juice on empty stomach in the morning helped me a lot.Exercise/ walking also helps to increase blood circulation and clear the skin.Hope this helps all those suffering from acne.

No matter what I use my skin reacts bad to it, I can’t rely on doctors advise cuz it never works, I just wash my face with cold water because it’s the only way my face doesn’t break out more but it doesn’t necessarily get better from it either, I’ve even changed my diet as well and I don’t see much progress at all.

I love these Indians that actually do help us with the many thing we struggle 😊

I got stage 3 acne back when I was 11 bcuz of hormone and all but then I refer to a doctor he recommended me the cetaphil skin cleaner and 4 years later my acne reduce to stage 1!!! I'm pretty happy of my progression now hopefully next year I barely/didn't have any of these things at all ❤️

Hi, I have a dilemma. Oral antibiotics + weak benzoyl peroxide worked super well for my skin, but they gave me headaches and tinnitus that made it hard to focus at school and sleep. Because of this, I decided to quit them and just use epiduo, and I’m just wondering if that means the epiduo could work on its own as my acne appears to be just mild with one or two (after one week of quitting) spots. Is that how it works, or is my acne still classified as severe because of how it was in the past. Would epiduo work as if my acne had been mild from the start? My doctor said it is about how I feel because it might not be the antibiotics, but I just want to know because I’m staring to feel like I might just have to bare with these problems.

I have had acne for years almost 15 years struggled with new pimples here there but not at 36 yrs of age realized what I was doing wrong ..it was my diet . The only rule is to stop the intake of added sugar and excess salty food like any kind of chips or namkeen which has too much of salt, it dehydrated your skin and brings out excessive oil on hr face in the form of pimple . Try this for two weeks guys and see the result for your self you will never touch anything too salthg or too sugary again !!

Tips that helped in my acne getting better 1. stick to a skincare routine. 2. Use a cleanser 2 times a day and when you get sweaty. 3. avoid touching your skin. 4. try to be more relaxed and less stressed. 5. go on a healthy diet this will give you great results. 6. dont use too many products on your skin and DO NOT rub your skin harshly. 7. Exercise it might help with the acne. 8. I guarantee you that youll start seeing results as long as you follow all of these instructions and if your acne is severe its better to see a dermatologist 9.Have patience

Benzoyl peroxide helped me a ton in clearing acne. I use a light moisturizer like cetaphil and a toner that doesn't have any fragrances or alcohol just light everything and Benzoyl Peroxide.

And the Benzoyl peroxide facewash is very costly suggest some alternative. And the Honey and Cinnamon pack how often should we apply that face pack?

ive been suffering for 2 and a half years 😭i tried a lot of products oral and topical, i even go to a dermatologist but nothing works i have a grade 4 level, i even changed my diet skipping dairies and oily foods but still no changes. hope god hear my prayers 😭🙏

I have 4th-grade acne. I took isotretinoin for 1 and a half months. First, it cured but when I left medicine It get worst now and It's now a half month after isotretinoin treatment, but My face acne is still getting worst.

Last September I don’t know how but I started getting acne’s on the cheek bone area and forehead . I tried every damn thing .. washed my face with lentils , potatoes , tomatoes oats .. started doing face yoga but nothing worked . And then I got tired of doing all this and washing face every time. And then I realised that what’s the point of washing face so many times a day when there’s dust All around us all the time .. be it quilts or out clothes so I stopped washing my face all the time . Just before sleeping I used to wash it with water and used to put in vitamin e oil and then during the day rose water plus glycerine spray and I started sleeping on my back so that my face didn’t rub with the blankets or the cotton bed sheet I used to cover my face with satin pillow cover if it was too much light in the room or during the day and now my skin is acne free. Stop washing and touching your face all the time please . Give ur skin a rest and once it’s normal u can start using sunscreen air any lotion of your choice. Good luck people I wish u all guys here that u mat get a healthy skin.

Physical exploitation is the worst method my suggestion is do not expoliate physically if you have pimples because it will only cause increase in no. Of pimples ( from personal experience )
