Thanks for this. My endocrinologist said going on the pill was her recommendation ...but I didn't want to be on it for 20 years, however osteoporosis & heart problems were scary possibilities. My result were FSH 48, AMH 0.38, & Estradiol 20. But now 24 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby. ❤️ It's possible.

@@monalishakumari2113 Occasionally I would get mid cycle spotting, but more often I just wouldn't have a period for months and then it would randomly show up with no trackable pattern.

I get regular spotting nd periods too.....I take harmone pills ....ugh it sucks....it's two yrs since I m taking pills .....my dctr said my ovaries are not functioning very well ......nd it happnd coz I used to smoke.....like an ....

@@knoxieloxie7276 I can't promise that if anyone with the same numbers did exactly what I did that they would get the same result. But I can share what I did, even if it might help just one person. No IVF/fertility treatments. I truly believe this baby is an undeserved gift from God through Jesus Christ. I worked on eating well, high quality fats like red meat, eggs, avocado, and nuts, limited empty carbs and cane sugar, lots of high antioxidant fruits and veggies, high quality carbs like sweet potato, brown rice, fruit, quinoa, and organic oatmeal. The supplements I took were date fruit, CoQ10, collagen, inositol, NAC, mega food baby and me 2 prenatal, vitamin D, and wheat grass powder. I also took vitex herb for about a month, 3 months before conceiving, but I didn't feel like it helped too much. But you never know.

I'm on a dairy, gluten and sugar free diet. Twice , I got my cycle back the same day after acupuncture and once I got it back the next day after drinking fennel with ginger tea. I noticed recently when I'm fasting or when I drink gatorade or coconut water, my hot flashes go away so I think I'm onto something. Looking forward to future videos!

My daughter is going through POI and sometimes will loose hope but your story really encouraged her, 12 years for her now she saw someone with 30 years. She is 23 now, yes when she was only 11 years her cycle stopped 😩We are on our Functional Medicine Doctor journey. I was not aware of these doctors until I listened to your video.Did your cycle return? I did not hear you said it did. Thanks

You will have to talk to a functional doctor or naturopath. I think a gastroenterologist might be able to order it as well.

Please talk more on POI and your experience please explain is there anybody got reversed it. And what’s the status of period on that can we can periods get back. Please please please proper details of fsh and what doctor said what you did all of that.

Dr diagnose POI in my case as FSH 96 and barely seen ovaries with no follicle activity. My uterus size is also small. My age is 26 can i get it reversed naturally? By changing my lifestyle?
