Thank you Doc now I know what are those to prevent my arthritis or rheumatoid it is not easy to have it like me I'm very young to experience this kind of desease Arthiritis. To prevent all of this don't too much eat fatty foods, sweets foods, more on proteins the best are veges fruits and fishes and root crops foods because my Grandma and Grandpa live 100age just only to eat this kinds of foods no rice just sometimes
