Im currently an LVN prepping for RN nclex exam. i am really undecided what field of nursing wanted to pursue long time , i think its triage nurse. 🥰 i have no hospital experience but yes i think this is the field i wanted.

Typically, you triage as an ER nurse. But there are phone triage nurse positions where people call in and you can give them advice based on your hospitals protocol. 😊 Best wishes!

Triage is not for novice nurses. No algorithm replaces experience.

@@AA-td1yw I'm a male nurse and we are on the same level or higher than our female counterparts, we have a more difficult experience as more is expected of us. We work just as hard and the respect is not given to many of us..... But everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
