Great informative video.I use my Bullet only once or twice a year as I am a NRI.I used to drain the carburettor and disconnect the battery when I dont use the bike.I have started this method as starting the bike after a long gap with fuel in the carb is difficult and the carburettor gets clogged.Pl let me know if this procedure is OK.

Too lean a mixture will kill your engine very soon. Carburettor venturi size is determined by the volumetric requirement of the engine. Bullet require minimum 24 mm venturi size. The air bleed and jeting is done to get 14.7 :1 air fuel ratio, yes the engine will run up to 17: 1 ratio, but leaning out that much will reduce power and increase heat loss.

The setting will affect engine for long time, you are running the bike in lean mixture. Please run the bike as per RE spec. I appreciate your efforts all you have done, but the RE engineers for last 50 years might know but they didn't implement due to the engine operating spec.

Pollution Test പാസ്സ് ആയ ശേഷവും ഞാൻ സെറ്റിങ്ങിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താതെ തന്നെ ഓടിച്ചു .... എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയിരുന്ന 30 ൽ നിന്നു 45 ന് അടുത്ത് മൈലേജ് കിട്ടുന്നു...
