Great video thank you so much I watch them all I just got a srx 1500 2021 I’ve ben to body beach and seen you out there you’re awesome I also went to the world finals in Havasu I just moved 45 minutes from there this year you definitely have been an inspiration since the first day I was out there and saw you ride!!!!

Usually people are riding around while giving tips and I can't understand what they say because I am half deaf. This was an excellent video IMO, ty for the tips. Im on a dinosaur though, not a GP1 lol.

That’s definitely saying something about the tech and quality of the newer crafts if a rider at your level which is the best of the best still can’t put all the potential of the ski down. Very good technique differences between the newer powerful boats compared to the older 2 smokers.

Is it normal for guys who ride at the beach to scratch the shit out of the bottom of their skis? I picked up a 2018 Superjet 2 stroke in great condition, except the bottom looks like it was ridden across a parking lot.

this happens when they park on the beach, dont do that. buy a stand for the water, or just an anchor with a buoy on the end. i just clip my skis to a anchored rope a stand is like $200, but i already had anchors.

Thank you for the info! How do you select a pole length? I have a new sxr1500 and need a new pole and don't know how to select the right length. I'm 6'3" tall. Thanks.

Get and aftermarket pole and keep chopping it down til your happy with your length

@@chaskacox-potter3217 is there a big difference between carbon tube and aluminum? Should I save for carbon or just get aluminum?

@@JohnnyRocketone just weight in my option, and the feel of the weight will change based on a spring, so I'd just opt for aluminum. That being said I've never owned a carbon one just rode a boat with one

I broke a carbon pole in the sac river. Go with the Aluminum.
