Deep fried tofu is absolutely moorish! 😁 If you don't like tofu's soft, slippery texture, try deep fried tofu. The texture is much drier and meatier, and because it has less moisture already in it, it'll take on more flavour when you cook with it. Satays and other peanut sauces work particularly well with deep fried tofu!
