Try Valerian root &/or Passion Flower, in capsule not tablet form, to help you sleep. I had the worst insomnia since I was 9-10 years old and would sometimes be awake for 3-4 days at a time. My sister recommended to try them and after some monkeying around with the dose of each a bit...I have been getting some of the best sleep of my life. I still cannot nap on my bad pain days but just getting more sleep has done wonders for me. BTW, the earrings are gorgeous!! 🫶🏻
