Hello do you know how to enable push notification on DMSS HD for VTO device . BTW There is no Multi channel Subscription but simple push notification button. Anyway Push notifications are not working on Android 12 ONLY... It was working without any issues on Android 11

Check that the device was added correctly Door Stations should be added as a VTO, NVRs as an NVR,CVRs as a DVR/XVR and Standalone cameras as Wired Camera.

I can’t get notifications on my phone for any motion detection and my app doesn’t show that period settings I have an iPhone

on iphone when open DMSS app you press the 3 dots at the top right corner. Then press device detail. Then Multi-channel Alarm subscription. Move the slider on the right hand side. You should see Motion detection their . It will take several minutes to activate.
