Hp Computing support I just upgraded my computer from 7 to 10 on my HP Compaq 6000 I love windows 10. Can I change colors on my Windows 10 taskbar?

+Claytonloveswindows10 I understand that you want to know about changing colors on Windows 10 taskbar. Please follow these steps to change the color of the taskbar: 1. Right-click on the desktop and then click Personalize option 2. In the left-pane, click Colors to see various settings on the right. 3. On the right-side, turn on the option labeled Show color on Start, Taskbar, and action center. Make sure that the first option labeled Automatically pick an accent color from my background is turned off and 4. Now, under Choose your accent color, click on a tile to select and set it as the color for your taskbar, Start menu and action center.

Did I miss something here? I watched it twice. why the wait for 5 mins or more on first boot (are you allowing some kind of configuration / system updates)?, if so, and how can you fill out the register pop-up, when you previously bypassed the network setup. You will be offline during these times, until you finally configure, setup and connect to a network. Thank you. My New HP 34-B025xt arrived last night, however mine has nVidia 950m graphics & a 2TB slow 5400 rpm Data drive ;(, haven't unboxed it yet. Will be doing that later today. Hoping it works out better than the failed last HP aio which was DOA.

(1) does this have a DVD/Blu-ray player ?? like can i insert DVD/Blu-ray disc into it ?? (2) does this desktop have smart-view or screen mirror function?? (like i wanna wirelessly connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 9's screen to the desktop's screen...like i wanna see my phone's stuff all in the desktop's screen sometimes) (3) does the screen have a touch-screen function ?? thanks in advance for taking your time to answer/reply me :) appreciate it :)

HP Computing Support Thanks - how do I know if my USB receiver is already built in or whether it should be external? There wasn't one in the packaging. Model no. B050NA. Just wondering if the problem is as simple as I'm missing the receiver? Or if it's internal, how do I "reset" it?

Some HP All-in-One and desktop PC products, have the USB wireless receiver already installed and will not have one in the packaging, nor will it be shown in the packaging material. Please refer to Figure 2 from this document to locate USB receiver and port and figure 3 for dongle locations in packaging: hp.care/2sxTbJN

hp doesn't have that strong or high specs pcs but the best thing in their computers is that they can survive for a long while!! i have a hp pc and i still using it for about 5 years and i can play gta v in 55fps and minecraft in 200+ fps. Good job hp but you need to make some gaming stuff hp omen should go to the next gen but you still cool

+sam barnes Change the Windows display settings to match the resolution of the display. By using the graphics card software, you can adjust the display and the HDMI signal to create a better viewing experience on your display: hp.care/2oF5FM8 Refer to ( Image resolution, position, size, or color is wrong)

The settings only take effect in the pc and not on the hdmi in, when switching to hdmi the screen indicates that the source is indeed 1920x1080 60hz but that it's stretches the screen to optimal mode 3440x1440...

+sam barnes The screen resolution would have been changed on your laptop. When you selected duplicate/clone due to the different resolutions it will try and select the best resolution for both screens unless the two are the same resolution you should us extend these displays as it allows the monitor and TV to keep their original resolutions. A 32"+ LED HD TV's usually has a resolution of 1920x1080 @ 60Hz you'd have to check what your laptop and TV should be. If you right click on the desk top and select screen resolution you should see 2 screens numbered 1 & 2 only if you have the TV connected. From here you should be able to select each screen and set their correct resolution.

No but I have a console plugged into the 34" screen and I can't change the resolution. The console is 1920x1080 but the screen change it to ultrawide, that's annoying if there is no way to change the resolution on screen...

+sam barnes You can modify the size of text and windows on the desktop to fit your personal preferences. You can also adjust the screen resolution, if necessary. During a normal Windows installation, the program tests the graphics card and displays the optimal size and resolution for that card. +shebz74329 Many machines now do not have Optical Drive (CD/DVD drive) because vendors want to save few hundred grams (that why they call weight savers or similar terms). You can buy an external ODD, they are very cheap now if you need one.

My HP spectre 13 does that too, It was very hot while I’m running a very high intense music making software, I meant VERY hot like it can cook eggs... I guess that’s the cost of having a very thin laptop. Figure it out in the next generation.
