***ALTERNATIVE METHOD of getting STAR FRAGMENTS WITHOUT using a gold bar:
Instead of breaking a fully uncapped GW weapon, you may choose to reduce 10 element-changed GW weapons to acquire star fragments (5 star fragments each), which means you'll have to farm 40 more GW weapons of the same type.
1 star fragment: After the step using Champion Merit (真)
5 star fragments: Element changed
50 star fragments: Fully uncapped.

Koon theres a trick on the GBF wiki on farming relic shard that lets you know if the boss transform or not you just need to open the chrome console and check the ID have you tried it?

Yep, I know that F12 trick using chrome, but I can kill hell mode pretty fast, so I never use it :)

Guys, I suggest that I recommend that you should not focus on doing this 5 star uncap yet, unless you have taken care of the most important stuff like; Seraphic Wepons, Arcarum, etc.

Yeah, as a new player (Rank 50 only) i first tough that these characters were end game locked, but then the event dropped aaaaand i got a few of them... Makes sense that uncapping them is super hard tho, i was just surprised that you could get eternals with luck alone. I'll put them aside for now and keep playing.

i was super excited when i finished uncapping 8th katana and uncap my first juuten today!! im super excited and wanted to make eahta flb already.. but then im stuck with the fate episode: soul katana. so, i thought of looking the way to make him 5*. i was looking on wiki but got confused, and then i find your video.. and then- DAFUQ?! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY SO LOOOOOOONG.. BUT NOW I HAVE TO FARM MUCH MORE MATERIALS AGAIN ONLY TO REDUCE THE GOLDEN RELIC.. OMG I HOPE ILL REACH THAT DAY SOON~~

Great job as always Koon. Thank you. I think the hardest path of this is finding silver relics and gold bar. I remembered spend my whole 2 months non-half ap festival to farm Angel Halo until I get all silver gun relics. While gold bar is very hard to come by unless winning guild war a lot (and my guild usually tier B though.) But when I get through all of those hard work. I'm very appreciate all the hell I'm been through. Esser at 5 star is really great. Especially her back and legs. Still waiting for your magna guide. Keep up the good work.

Just a heads up, if you want to save a gold bar you can reduce 10 element changed gw weapons instead of 2 fully upgraded ones; each element changed weapon will give you 5 fragments, so that's 50 fragments total + 50 from the original weapon used to recruit your gw character, bringing the gold bar cost down to 2 per 5*.

You should also mention that if your grid is strong enough, you should bring a drop rate summon and th for the nightmare halo. They boost the relic drop rate and even having one drop can make a huge difference.

Can't wait for the fire grid guide, cause I'm running a fire team but feel in the middle, not weak (since can auto off element event) but at the same time not strong ( since sometime 1 or 2 members of the team will die if on auto)

For the star fragments in the last step can I reduce the First weapon I made? for example: I unlock okto with the katana, then reduce it and then make another katana and get 100 fragments? Do I need 1 okto katana remaining or not?

In fact, the gold bar is really really rare and also hard to get, most of players get 40 GW weapons to get the fragment. That 's the way for players to use the Gold bar most effectively. of course, that way needs a lot of items but it is worth it for we can save 2 gold bar through this way.

So i have just gotten my feower and i wanted to uncap him to 100 if posible then i saw your vid and you said you need 2 fully uncap gw weapon. My first question is that do you just need another fully uncaped gw weapon since you already have 1 to recruit juuten or 2 new one? Then my next question is that i tried seeing my dagger reduction but it doesnt show in the reduction screen so do you need to win against the juuten after you lvled them to lvl 80 or something? And finally by fully uncaped gw weapon you mean i have to go through thos 10 step again?

5* grinds aren't as bad as it sounds, I did most of the grinding like angel halos while commuting. Magna 2 grinds are far more tedious and tiring imo.

you can reduce awaken (not fully awaken) to get the fragments but it only get 5 of it if I remember it and what the sudden of economics lesson

Hey Koon. I was just wondering why you didn't atleast mention the other option for getting the weapon soul. As you can get 5 weapon soul for just an element changed gw weapon. Yes this process is only practical for the people who have the time and resource to 40 box during gw. but i think it would have still been good to mention

Agree, but it is doable for normal ppl too since we can farm it in mutiple gws. Most ppl who are doing 5* uncap will face lack of gold bar issue in the long run, which this will help a lot (change from 3 gold bars per char to 2 gold bars)

You should maybe revise your video since iirc, they patched it so that the angel boss always transforms into a weapon. But I think they lowered the rate for the drop tho? Also, you should put in the "optional" reduce 10 elemental changed weapons to put the whole thing into perspective. I was about to go that route, thinking I could save and spare some gold bars for something else... Until I finally realized (also after checking a reddit post on it) just how much work I would have to put in just to farm all the necessary rusty weapons, GW weapon copies, light materials (especially the light dragon scales...), AND the worst cherry on top, the Champion/Silver merits... I mean 500 champion merits... That's insane. Just by uncapping a lot of stuff like characters or gw weps, I've already wasted a lot of silver merits, to the point that I only have 200+ left... And that's after finishing on getting 4 eternals and then just saving on from there...

Coming back to this vid after I've flb 2 eternals, I have to say that its not as bad a process as people make it out to be especially with rotb eternal set being a thing now. 40 boxing gw is actually not that hard if all your elements are stable enough to do ex+ otk. If you can otk ex+ with about 2-6 clicks you should be able to get 40 boxes done within prelims and interlude right before finals. The whorls and low orbs can be annoying but its very easy when its just use mystic to farm halo. Scales and scrolls are as simple as doing aurora trial (ceq if you want an easier time at scales). Rusted weapons just farm prota baha normal pubs which by the time you are done with your first or second eternal flb you probably have enough for every eternal. The worse part imo which isn't rly that bad is that if you are going for 40 box method you'll need around 6k flawed prisms per eternal flb and that means going to either violet trial which will just take forever or the better option but its timelocked is to wait everyday at reset to use trade for 75-100 prisms daily meaning you need to do this for 3months straight per eternal flb if you are going that route. If you're doing 3 bar method imo it should be after u have recruited every eternal and I hope you been doing some ubhl or pbhl for some gold brick drops cause if you have a lot on u and you get the eternal set on rotb it basically saves time farming for the mats for rev weapon awakening meaning you can very quickly get eternal flb if you feel you have a comfortable amount of gold brick that you feel you can get back later in some pbhl or ubhl down the road. As of now im going to flb fif with 40box and esser with 3 bar method since I have around 4 gold brick which I feel comfortable using a few to get them leaving me with 1 for a ulb opus for I guess whatever gw is after light adv. I still have 3 gold bars in the rotb trade and do my ubhl and pbhl everyday so I feel I will get more gold brick down the road.

@@puglover9990 haven't done in in a while since i've long since flb all my eternals but iirc you get 4 silver relic weapons which you can get by either drops in dimension halo or in treasure trade by trading relic shards also from dimension halo. Note: Dimension halo is a random spawn from doing Angel halo quests. After that you uncap the weapon to 4 star which needs quartz. Once thats done im pretty sure you head over to shop > weapon series > rev weapons > choose corresponding weapon type > click the silver relic weapon. Note: it needs some ele changed rusted weapons and a gold bar.

Hi, Koon. When you use OBS to record in chrome. Do you turn off Hardware Acceleration to make it work? Or does it still work for you even when it's not turned off? or are you using a different browser than Chrome?

I'm using Chrome App launcher to play and Fraps to record. OBS hm.... I only use it when doing stream.

Well, this is really a helpful for understand clearly the steps, but man, that way of uncapping etternal are insane, the amount of materials that you need spend (2 full uncapped gw weapons (3 golden bar for each eternal auch, i can hear my heart breaking)) are too much, i undertand why it is like, a good part of eternal characters are extremaly powerfull like tweyen,Anre,feower etc.. and are "free", how they are the best charracters, shoud be too the most difficuld to get them, if they do easy we would see a lot of low rank with all of them, this characters are made for veteran people,like a reward, but like I said, is insane, I have been playeng 6 month and only I have 4 gold bar, the amount of time that you need for have all of them..., I think for that time the game will be closed

Currently waiting for RoTB for another Gold Brick so I can recruit my fourth Eternal. Still unsure if I want to spend time and resources to uncap at least one of them to 5* though...

Depends on your goals I guess. It's totally fine not to uncap them to 5 stars if you have no intention to go hardcore. :)

Hi Kaede, as long as it's not too stressful for you, why not? :) However, do make sure you have enough reserves for weapon upgrade and other stuff.

Koon,I have some questions for you... 1. I cant decide whether which weapon are good for my weapon deck....Should I put a light gauntlet that have 2000+ damage or a tiamat gun with 1200 damage and weapon skill??? When I exchange the gauntlet with the gun,all the damage drop in the damage estimation...Which is better??? 2.Is it better to uncap the same magna weapon first or try to filled the whole weapon deck with magna weapons??? 3.Should I spend my EMP on extra classes and Tier 3 classes or should I wait for Tier 4 classes??? Would appreciate the help :)

1. Your charas only receive skill bonus from weapons of the same element. If you use light gauntlet for wind team, basically you only get raw stats, no skill bonus from that weapon. 2. Try to balance between skill lv and raw stats. :) I've already done a video on wind deck, you might want to check it out. 3. Tier 3 classes do not worth using your EMP, try to spend them on tier 4 classes.

Yeah Merlin, the weapon is not needed. However, I personally think that the Katana is quite good at charge bar boosting, too bad the skill level is low.

i wonder if this will help (u asked this question two years ago after all).. "if u play on browser e.g chrome: open new tab and search this: connect.mobage.jp/logout then re-open the gbf page, it should log out your account, after that u can relog using a different account/email.." hope this help!
