So I rushed right out to get a T20 Torx Screwdriver. When I looked at it, I said it seemed too small, so I also got the T25 just in case. When I got home, I found out they were both too big. It must be the T18 like you first said.

Oreck XL2Ultra next to nothing in bag, took bottom off see no obvious clog, vacuum doesn't pick up spits out in back????

They can put a man on the moon in 1969 but creating a vacuum cleaner that doesn't clog seems too complicated for some people. This unit is a pain in the ass to clean.
