Dr. Teal’s needs to change their pumps. I’ve been trying to open my bottle for 3 weeks! So frustrating I almost returned it but I will give it one more try. Wish me luck. 😭

Ma'am you have no idea... Anytime I get a product with a pump, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo, seems like I'm looking up a new way to get a pump functioning. Once they're open, it's so much more convenient than the squeeze kind. You are not alone! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video❤

Holy mack!!!! I was about to throw this Bath and Body Works hand soap out the door until I saw your video and followed your instructions!!! I busted a hut laughing though when I was reading other people's comments saying how they couldn't do it either!!! I laughed so hard at the comment where the gentleman thought he was developing dementia because he couldn't (remember) how to open it!!! A BIG SHOUT OF THANKS TO YOU!!😊

My bottle of Avalon Organics Tea Tree conditioner was very hard to open. I saw another video that didn't help me. However, your tutorial showed me exactly what to do. When I pulled out the top completely and held its based, then twisted, it worked. Thanks a lot!

😂 I did the exact same thing going to Google first. Then I went to KZfaq and I saw a lot of people tell me basically what you show is the normal way to do it and again it didn’t do it. Thank you! I've been transferring one old pump from bottle to bottle as I buy a new body wash, because I can rarely ever open Dr. Teal's. I love it, but the pumps are defective. They can't possibly think we want to open a soapy pump and clean it and twist it and put it back together. Their lotion pumps are the same way. Thank you, again!

Thanks for the tip, it is quite ridiculous that it has to be done by taking the pump out. I actually just pulled it up far enough that I could grab where you were showing with a paper towel and twist. It worked! So you actually don't need to pull it all the way out.👌

Thank you! Thank you! The top said to open to turn left and that’s what I was doing and nothing was happening. Closing was to the right. Your video said turn to the right and guess what? Yup, that was the MAGIC way. It popped right open and everything is working properly now. I was going bonkers. Thank you for helping me keep my sanity.

This method works! I left the end of the straw in the bottle for a little less mess. I had to put a paper towel around the clear part of the base. With a little or a lot of elbow grease, it opened.

Thank you SO much for this! I thought I'd lost my mind when I couldn't open that pump on the first bottle! I'd thought maybe the pump was defective, so I bought a liquid soap dispenser. When I bought my 2nd bottle and had the same problem, I googled and found your video. Voila! The 2nd bottle is now open properly, and that soap dispenser that was in the shower is now in the kitchen :)

Good morning Sis, Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for this tutorial. I know you have heard the expression "I could kiss you" well that's how I feel. I couldn't figure out how to open those pump bottles and it didn't dawn on me to goggle it. You ever know who needs that information. Thanks for the heads up. I've had that problem more times than I'd like to remember and it's frustrating lol. So now when I open my Queen Helene Super Cholesterol Conditioner with the twist pump I will do just that. Don't know why they made opening pumps so hard. Thank you:)

Oh my goodness! Like you, I loved the bubble bath so much I decided to purchase the body wash as well and I absolutely LOVE it. I just bought a new one after SEVERAL. The first one I bought I thought may be a defective top, but nooooo, I was wrong. I never thought I'd have to Google a "how to" for opening a body wash. Sheesh! Thank you so much for making this video!!! It's super helpful!

First, thank you for showing the method and not making it look easy peasy! Taking the time to show us how to hold the bottle and saying which direction to turn the bottle made your instructions clear. Thank you!!! The company saves 10 cents and it cost s us 10 minutes of our lives! They should advertise an easy-open bottle. Most of us would pay the extra pennies for convenience!
