Hey. I got this error can you please help me? You can’t unlock your device until your installment plan is paid off. If you pay off your device as part of your monthly bill, wait until the start of your next bill period to unlock it. Want to pay off your device early? Make sure your number has been active on the device for at least 60 days. Then, sign into your account to review and pay off your installment plan. Wait 48 hours after you make your final payment to submit a new unlock request.

Carrier locked means it was locked by your carrier Like T-Mobile, Verizon or AT&T, you can only use your phone with them. Unless you carrier unlock it, like I show on the video.

AT&T will always give you the reason why they denied it.

It usually says to wait for 24 hours, I've never seen for 30 days.
