hi, I have a Hp elitebook 2170p,, I removed the CMOS battery,but didn work, still asks me for the Bios Administrator password, any idea, please.

Take it out, take a screw driver and touch both ends of the Battery. Then wait 20 minutes (not necessary, just to be sure) And then put the battery back in

Don't install windows otherwise you'll loose data and this is not bios removing video

This will bypass Bios Admin Password. The process is 100% working and data will be loose so need to backup data in external device before bypass.

how many times he said "okay"? :D just dont get how operating system instalation can remove bios admin password? :) many ways seen how to remove pass,but fresh os setup,hmm looks fishy here.Actually there is website where you can get a generated master password to unlock your locked bios for specific laptop.
