Unfortunately there is no gear icon on the welcome page. I did find that you can hold two fingers in the screen for about 3 seconds to enable talk mode. Great video.. thanks

Thank you so much, my battery had swollen, so I wiped my tablet, prior to disposal. I then had the idea to see if I could change the battery, so I did. I now had a functional tablet again, or so I thought! FRP stopped me now from using the tablet, even though my account was the only one it had ever used. Your how-to video was brilliant, and I now have a functional tablet.
