Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, researcher, educator, lecturer and internationally renowned as a pioneer bridging science, spirituality, and human potential.
From 1979 to 1991, Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco Systems, where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991. He continues problem-solving today as he merges modern science and the wisdom of our past to reveal real-world solutions to the issues that challenge our lives. His research has led to 15 film credits and 12 award-winning books now published in over 40 languages.
Gregg is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and is active with visionary organizations, including the HeartMath Global Coherence Initiative and The Arlington Institute. He has presented his discoveries in over 30 countries on six continents and has been invited to speak to The United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, and the U. S. military

Everyday I walk. While I walk a repeat I am phrases. Recently I started saying I am beauty. It was difficult at first. I felt like I was saying I am beautiful. (Which is fine) but after a couple of days of repeating I am beauty I realized no I was saying something so deep about life itself. I have always wondered why we perceive nature as beautiful. Now I get it. Perceiving all of life as beauty is the point of living. Wow.

I've always seen the positive in a negative situation. I always see the good in people, which occasionally has gotten me in trouble because some malicious people took advantage of me. Even in those moments I saw it as a lesson I needed to learn and that things happen for a reason.

Thank you so much Julie for this podcast. Gregg asked what would happen if we embrace new ways instead of following the old ones. As an example he asked what would happen if there were a war and nobody agreed to fight. I do remember with clarity the protests against the war in Vietnam and perhaps then we were on the right track. Unfortunately it wasn't enough. I definitely agree that the only way to make positive change is by setting good examples through kindness and love. I thank you both!

Oh wow…. BEAUTY!! I was wondering for years why that “beauty” word stuck with me so much! My both businesses has “beauty” in their names , although it’s not a beauty industry. With Gallup test, I’ve got beauty on the top of my values! I love to admire nature as for me it is pure beauty! I can laugh and be happy like a child seeing beautiful fireworks or hearing beautiful music…. Thank you so much for that explanation of BEAUTY 🫶✨

I share here an arabic saying for Gregg. َدوَاؤُکَ فِیکَ وَ مَا تَشْعُرُ وَ دَاؤُکَ مِنْکَ وَ مَا تَنْظُرُ وَ تَحْسَبُ [تزعم] أَنَّکَ‏ جِرْمٌ‏ صَغِیرٌ وَ فِیکَ انْطَوَى الْعَالَمُ الْأَکْبَرُ وَ أَنْتَ الْکِتَابُ الْمُبِینُ الَّذِی بِأَحْرُفِهِ یَظْهَرُ الْمُضْمَر When he or anyone else here translates it , they'll know how correct Gregg is. This is from a companion of Muhammad from 1500 years ago

Also, drop conventional ideas of beauty. Drop dividing things into beautiful and not beautiful. Everything is divine substance. When we say one thing is beautiful and that other thing is ugly, it will not work. The Great Beauty cannot be seen. Within the Great Beauty, we embrace all. Every atom is Beauty.
