i wanna recommend her book which i haven’t got yet cus this is literally my first time watching her content, i started with her heart chakra videos and i found out i had open most of it and was lacking on a few and now with intuition which also i had been open and closed off to some aspects and i feel like i needed to organize my inner abilities because i had been stumbling around for lack of knowledge and wisdom. now im not sure if its ok to jump and learn from heart to third eye,all i know is i want to lead my life with love and she is just speaking my truth and thought i would let anyone that might read the comments that if you have had enough and are looking to uplift yourself like what my intention is then do it now! dive into her videos and take your time to listen go back if you miss heard something because this will open a world of happiness and possibilities for you

Sonia I love and appreciate you, and agree with most of what you teach. I grew up in the south burbs of Chicago. Lived in Chicago from 86 to 2010, last ten years right around the corner from you in Andersonville. I moved back here, from NYC (a PHD in energy management) Sept 2021. The pandemic hit this city hard. The news doesn’t hit the reality of how it has changed here. I am so sad to be back here. The crime and guns are over the top. It’s too much energy to live here and so look forward to leaving this city soon. It is a beautiful city, it needs some serious love and wise unity leadership. I never ever felt this unsafe in NYC.

"I see". Very interesting that its a third eye response. I would never have thought about that because I've used it that expression myself along with others when we want to give a diplomatic response, neither yes nor no. Also use it when one goes into deeper thought about what is being explained, as in a lecture or presentation, meaning I understanding, with the intention of seeking deeper into it. My 3rd eye is not open and I hadn't thought about it that way. I'm learning so much more from you. Thank you Sonia, you explain things in such a better and simpler way, easy to understand. I knew I had to subscribe because you pop up with exactly the chakra I need to be working on, lol, I've struggled seeing what I tried to imagine and I was guided in meditation to focus on the colour of the chakra as I activated them. At first they were only just but after time better, now I'm getting flashes of real images which I don't remember having been able to do, because I thought it was normal to actually not see but know, now I realize this isn't so. Just a tip I thought I would share and hopefully help others 😜 xx

Thank you Sonia, I think my sixth chakra is very open, it's my heart that has armour, and causes me to deny the emotional things that I'm sensing, and I convolute circumstance to fit that denial! Well not anymore, as now I realise that, I'm transforming it. That's how I understand it now anyway hahaa - that could change as I learn more... Your mother was very wise, I read your book 'Diary of a psychic' it helped me so much, it helped me know for sure that my clairaudience was not schizophrenia! There was always that possibility as some weird stuff happened, a bit dark. Anyway I love you and so appreciate your sharing your learnings. Namaste x

What if your 3rd eye opens, but you go into fear, then ignore what you see? My coworker does this- gets to see a lot of nasty discarnate entities that are mostly scary.
