I have one curious question regarding NUX as midi controller. I am thinking if this is capable to control the Roland GR 55 midi, like bank up and down, added effects to control the Roland. Thank you! :-)

Hi in the manual it reads "full midi implementation" but there is no further information on midi control. Can you control external gear like a strymon device via midi from the cerberus (midi PC and CC change)? If so, how?

Hello!! great vídeo tutorial, thank you so much. I´ve got one question. I can´t set yes or no in the enable column of midi section. The default value is yes and I can´t change it. ¿How can I change this value?

Hi there, do you know why my Cerberus Software for Mac doesn`t show the LOAD button in the IR section? It only shows EDIT. I can't load any IR file, except the factory ones. if I click IMPORT it shows the wave files in light gray. Thank you!

One thing missing would be great in a future update : activate or disactivate the BOOST in the PRESET MODE (for soloing) :) Great pedalboard anyway.

Georges Legangnoux Actually you can do it in Edit mode and the control switch can be assigned for the boost and also sent a midi CC to any FX device with midi. I do this with my Eventide H9

Another way is to create a patch with the boost already on with all the effects you want activated and then save your patch. This means that you can play on rhythm patch and hit your solo patch with the boost already activated with your delay or any fx on...

If I use a switch for my tap tempo in preset mode will it work as a Global tap for all my presets or will it only affect the patch I'm currently in?

As i already told you recently, it would be great in the next update to be able to assign different IR’s on each preset. We could have a clean sound loaded with a JZ120 and a distorted sound with 1960 cab... do you get what i mean ?

The memory is limited, no more space to accept other IR files.

I can't get this to send MIDI messages. I go to MIDI in the editor but it's not clear what to do from there and there's nothing in the manual. I can't figure out what MIDI channels and PC/CC values to use for my MIDI devices to work with Cerberus. Maybe it's just me, I'm not really clear on how MIDI works.

I haven't seen a Compressor. Is this something that can be added in a future Firmware update? Is there an plans to add Bluetooth so the user can edit the unit with an iPad?

We love analog compressor, there is no plan for digital compressor yet. Thanks for the suggestion, we have a secret project as KP-stomb under developing with BT midi control.

There is a problem with your latest Firmware update. Prior to v5 update with v3 - the ctrl lights function properly lighting up the item you have selected to control with the ctrl switch. After the v5 update - all the lights light up at once. Please fix this.

COrrect, I have the same problem after the V5 upgrade. Submit the problem and they reply as it is a new feature but cannot tell me what feature is that with ALL the light ON?

Thank you for your hard work! This pedal looks and sounds amazing. I have a question. Can I assign the tap tempo and the control (boost, reverb and so on) to a midi switch? Can I do this in Preset mode? Keep up the good work!

Yes, you could use the edit software to assign all the parameters even ON/Off switch to a MIDI switch either Preset or Manual modes.

Hi Boss, ive tried to do a Factory setting but failed. I have follow slowly & have got the FAC blinking... but after a second press on the save button, it shows FAC then less then 10sec it dont show CAB but a (.) DOT instead. :( pls help me to slove this. Thk q.

I try to connect to my PC but it comes up as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Windows does not reconize the device. Should I install a driver for this first?

Hi! Is it possible to assign the TAP footswitch as a tap tempo for delay in Preset Mode or this can work only in Manual Mode?

Hi. You need to use the Edit Mode. It is simple: define the Preset you want to use (4b, for example), and press the Button 4 once again. You see the word "Edit" on the screen. In this mode, you can engage/disengange Delay, Mod, Od and Dist sections. Best regards from Brazil. I hope I could make myself clear.

@@andreberquo I don't understand. How does that stop the Tap switch from being your preset selector instead of a Tap Tempo function? It seems you're just describing how to create presets.

You've probably figured this out by now, but for anyone else: Press and hold TAP for about 2 seconds to switch between preset and stompbox modes.

In the US, email the device serial number to usa@cherubtechnology.com and ask the support agent for the firmware.

I downloaned the firmware for first time (I bought it yesterday) a turn on again the cerberus and doesn't sound. the only thing that happen is all the led lights blinks all the time and the displays show the word cerberus over and over and over again, but doesn't works. somebody can help me, please?
