By doing a proper full wipe and reset and if it still isn't working try get a replacement through the website.

Better off going to an electronics store and asking the person there for a FULL DATA cable. Micro or mini USB just make sure you ask for a full data cable not a charge only one.

Try clicking ''find device'' in the device tab on Zen Studio

Downloading them is easy. Once you get the device and register it you can use the GPC library or find scripts in different Discord servers. There's a few scammers that try to sell Rust scripts so don't fall for that. I don't play the game unfortunately so I doubt I'll do videos on it.

It's 100% something on your end. Out of the years I've owned the Zen. The issue you're having is 100% use error.

Is it after you've updated? Seems like quite a few people are having the same issues. I don't think this update was tested very well before they released it. 🤦‍♂️If it's happening since the update then just revert back to the older version.

Just keep holding it. Sometimes it can take a while. Also the cables that come with the Zen aren't the best quality so if you're still using them, try get some newer, better quality cables.

You're using the wrong cable or you're using the right one and you just need to click "search for device" or "find device" in Zen Studio.

Wrong cable plugged in or if you have the right one plugged in. Click the "find device" button on the device tab I think it is.

@@WayneO_ I’m on PC with the Xbox Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller. I tried this morning and another script works but when I try to open the menu on the Taylordrift v4.0 nothing happens so maybe it’s a script issue ?? Thanks for replying

Have you got the output protocol on xbox360 or PC mobile?

Were you previously using PS4 Speciality mode and forgot to turn that back on? Or maybe something similar? I held off doing this video until the Taylordrift testing group updated everything and tested out the scripts on the new firmware. I wouldn't have made the video if everyone was disconnecting so hopefully it's just something small on your end.

@@WayneO_ Yes I was using the PS4/PS5 mode and I did cut it back on and still had the disconnecting problem. I had to roll back to the previous version in order for the disconnections would stop. It won't. I'm pretty sure they took them out of the GPC library when fortnite started detecting the zen on PC. You can still download them from the Wizards and Kings Discord.

Yeah seems like the people at Cronus done fuck all testing with this one. Absolutely ridiculous. Just go back and whenever you want to use the old Zen Studio you'll need to disconnect your internet otherwise it'll just close.

Do you use a dongle or wired straight in to the Zen? Did you update the firmware on your controller by any chance at all?

@@WayneO_ yes I updated everything and I also use a Wired straight to the Zen!!!! My zen goes from red.then green.then blue then it tarns rt off !!!

Go back to the old firmware. See if it works then you'll know if it's definitely the new firmware.
