HOW TO UPGRADE ROTAX 300 MINI JET MOJO H2O IS 400HP NOW WAS IT A "BIG MISTAKE"???

We put a JP Racing ‪@JP_RACING_INC‬ kit on the Mojo h2o mini jet boat.
and it only added 5 MPH. would I do it again or was it a "BIG MISTAKE" ???

Not sure what it is, but 64 mph is a hard number to get past in a mini. I’ve built a few boats now that seem to stop at 64. Including my personal 13’ atom with the svho.

Pretty sure if I do a few things more to it will get 65-66 out of it.

Does the Adam Boat porpoise or is it pretty stable?

@@MoJoh20 it will porpoise at flat trim with 4 adults, and a full 50 gallons of fuel. But nothing you can’t trim out of it. They’re a pretty stable boat

Check out boosted boiz Honda k series swapped turbo mini jetboat. Their pump is sick, the engine is on fuel tech standalone. Once they get a boost controller on it, it'll be a monster

I see that. It’s light and only getting 50 mph I would think it would go faster…..

@@MoJoh20 it's only making 6psi. That's maybe 250hp. Once it's on 12 to 14psi, it'll be well over 350hp

That combo is very different, all power is in a much lower RPM. the impeller requirements are much different. They have some tuning to do to make it faster. They are not boat guys so they have some learning to do.

Any trim adjustments? Noticed the bow seems to be pretty wet. I know these boats don't air out much due to the hull design, just curious. Was the mph gauge accurate?
