How do you then push it if you make any changes, lets say the soundtrack file-Will you do a general git commit or delete the existing file and replace it with the updated one?

this so wrong don't teach people this method, you just using github as file share instead of verion control

You're 100% correct, as a version control you should create a separate repo for each project but we're using this method for the purpose of file share only

bro i have more than 5000 files with diffrents projects and i cant seprate thats all .i cant do like one or two projects this takes much time how i upload my all files
