Games use a universe id system, game creators need to whitelist your audio in order to hear it. The only ones you can use must be still up from before the 2022 audio update or available by the creator.

You literally can’t. Any public audios are up from 2022 and earlier. You can’t post public audios anymore because of the 2022 audio update.
