In this tutorial, I'll walk you through the process of uploading youtube shorts right from the iPad. It's pretty simple if you know what you're doing. There are also some requirements of what the video has to be like, in order for you to upload it as yt short, but I explain everything in the video.

But still you can do nothing with the file comparing to the same app on the mobile. You can not edit or add music. It strange why it is so limited. I found another issue on mobile app. During uploading operation You can not choose other folder with movie then main one.
