I'm getting a reading of 0.24 INA concealed copper wire in a rubber hose , what does that mean? Is there continuity or some breakage ?

If is in the correct position for continuity nothing fir non contin and something mambo jambo for continuity

I checked car alarm. But buzzer not ring.Is there any short?

You should check the wiring of the alarm normally is triggered by open door or shocks
