You are the best! I'm making a multi-ruffled pillow so thank you for this. I have this foot but haven,t actually made a project with it, just played. BTW. Don't know if I ever thanked you for your tutorial on the 32 Chinese presser feet so, if not, THANK YOU!😘 except for all the rolled hem feet, I use the rest all the time and love them. They tend to be better than the ones that came with my machine. Your tutorials are spot on. Thanks for not jabbering on about your hubby, kids, or cats.🙊

Fab tutorial! If the foot has gathered your fabric too much can you just pull on the gathers to loosen them off so you can fit it to a straight bodice?

I recently purchased this attachment and I’m still having a learning curve on how to hold both layers and obtain a straight seam.

Practicing is really the only way to learn. Find some scrap fabrics, old shirts or T-shirt’s which you can cut up to keep practicing while not wasting your good/expensive fabrics.

I can’t get the gathering foot to work! It keeps tangling up the bobbin thread. I had to take the cover plate off and get all the tangled threads out. I forgot to change the tension. Could that be the problem? Argggg! Please let me know what you think the problem might be.

I purchased a gathering foot. I attached it and adjusted everything (tension, stitch length). No matter what I do, it is not gathering. It seems straight up and simple, what am I doing wrong?
