decay is absent to rowin noise gate pedal that is why it kill the noise and also kill the tone.

so you should have the noise as your first pedal (based off the graphic)? i always assumed it should go last

No and if u use a plug in it doesn’t matter cos it’s all digitalised, the noise suppressor goes first and then only your distortion pedals go into the seperate effects loop of the Noise suppressor.

i don't think your amp is broken, that's likely just your guitar's pickups or a noisy amp. but either way a noise gate would help, it would cut off that signal
