In my opinion yeah and if you watch a lot of other hairstylist who use this tool daily you’ll see them using this technique never a finger in the hole or using the finger rest! My way gives more feedback and control…try it and let me know! 👍🏼

Good question and yes you can use a razor if you are left handed! If it’s a protected blade you might want to load it the opposite way to a right handed blade 👍🏼

I use the razor on my hair more than the scissors because I like to shred it. And regardless of whether it is a razor or scissors, they are cutting the same way 😅
