Let's dive into the Rowing Machine, a powerhouse for torching those calories while giving your entire body a killer workout!

Here's how to do it properly:
1. Take a seat on that rowing machine and secure those feet snugly in the foot holders.
2. Lean forward and grab that handle, bending those knees. Picture your body at around 11 o'clock.
3. Now, let's kick it into gear! Push through those heels to drive your body back, keeping your torso upright and arms straight.
4. As you glide back, lean slightly back yourself, aiming for a 1 o'clock position.
5. Time to engage that upper body! Pull that handle towards your chest using those back muscles, giving it your all.
6. Ready to bring it home? Reverse that movement, extending those arms, leaning forward, and bending those knees back to the starting position.
7. Repeat for that full-body burn!

Ya'll have to be talking to my trainer. Any time he is going to start me on something different, the week before ya'll have a video on it. Next week I am supposed to start on the rowing machine.
