The toppers themself have clips, but not a topper grip x The topper grip helps to ease the tension of the clips and make the piece more secure ❤

Several errors in your wearing the top grip. First of all, you're supposed to size it on your head (without topper) with your hair in a ponytail so it you can tuck the string under your tail easily. Once you've got it sized correctly, you're supposed to clip it into the topper. Then while you still have the ponytail you adjust the topper to the top of your head and then tuck the string under your ponytail. Secure clips as needed to your head. Remove ponytail. These are the instructions from Milano.
